Attorney Lady Steele & Master Meta

Lady Steele is a femme lesbian Alpha leather slave with multiple neurovariances. She is an international presenter and resides in Atlanta where she is the only open, out, and practicing attorney in the United States that specializes in the issues that arise in the BDSM and ethical non-monogamy (ENM) communities. Education is her passion and she has taught hundreds of classes over fifteen years both in person and virtually. Amy, known as candid_fire, is a switch and kink educator whose work sits at the intersection of intensity, intention, and emotional truth. John has been involved in the kink lifestyle for more than a decade and brings substantial lived experience to the topics being presented. His deeper engagement with the kink community began after meeting his partner, wife, and submissive, Kat, who had already been presenting independently for many years before John began supporting her presentations.

For the past three years, John has assisted Kat during her classes, contributing personal insight, real-world examples, and experiential context while relying on Kat to lead the conversation and guide the structure of the material. His role is to complement the curriculum by grounding abstract concepts in day-to-day practice, offering attendees practical perspective and relatable experiences.

John lives the topics being discussed. As someone diagnosed with ADHD and high-functioning autism, he provides a neurodivergent lens on communication, consent, emotional regulation, and power exchange within kink. He is also a switch, navigating a dominant role within his marriage while honoring his own submissive desires, allowing him to speak to common challenges from multiple viewpoints.

Attendees benefit from John’s candid, experience-based contributions, which help translate theory into practice and create space for honest discussion, nuance, and real-life problem-solving.

Kat has been exploring kink for nearly 15 years and has spent almost a decade deeply rooted in the Houston kink community. She currently serves as a board member for EROS and brings over five years of experience facilitating discussions on a wide range of kink-related topics—from curiosity and communication to growth and self-discovery.

Recently married to her Daddy Dom of three years, Kat approaches kink with warmth, humor, and a genuine love for connection. She’s passionate about helping people better understand themselves, their desires, and where they are on their own kink journeys—without pressure, judgment, or “one right way” thinking.

Kat proudly identifies as a facilitator, not a teacher. She’s not here to lecture or tell anyone how kink should look—she’s here to guide conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and create space for shared learning and laughter. Ren Reed (she/they), LMFT, LPC, is a kink and sex therapist specializing in kink, non-monogamy, queer identities, sexual shame, and religious trauma & deconstruction. She is the owner of Renegade Kink + Sex Therapy, a group practice offering sex therapy and kink & sex education. Ren’s practice is dedicated to increasing autonomy and sexual freedom while reducing shame. Ren is an avid kinkster who identifies as a brat and has been active in the kink community for 12 years. She particularly loves psychological play, erotic hypnosis, and exhibitionism. She is also working towards her PhD in couples therapy with a focus in kink and communication. Secret has been active in the DFW community for over a decade after finding kink in her teenage years. In her time in the community she has honed her crafts of sadistic fun, and learning to allow her little the freedom to grow. TrixWolf (they/them) is a 2 spirit, omnisexual creole bear that has been involved in kinky fuckery for 20+ years. They co-lead a kink education group, LOTUS and are the Producer of the annual BDSM/Leather conference, Vision. They are a griot for the 4 Corners Annex of the Carter Johnson Library, representing Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Trix has taught and volunteered at events such as BV, Leather Bar Night, SPLF, and SELF. Their heart beats for educating the vanillas, BIPOC inclusivity, and they are especially passionate about kink centric education.

He is a mentor in the community for newer members and has volunteered many hours to the NLA Dallas fundraisers, Beyond Vanilla and South Plains Leatherfest. He is the Dungeon Monitor Lead for Vision. He, along with LOTUS group, have raised money for Point of Pride, the Trevor Project and GLAAD. He is a connoisseur of knife play, sensational play and primal, but dabbles in many kink art forms.
