VENDORS WANTED!

Calling all kinksters, artisans, and creators! BASH 2025 is just around the corner, and we want YOU to join us as a vendor! This is THE event of the year, taking place June 26th-29th, 2025, and it’s your chance to showcase your work, your products, and your passion in front of a lively and engaged kink community. Whether you’re selling gear, toys, artwork, apparel, or something unique to the scene, we’ve got space for you!

Space Details:

  • Cost: $180 per space – a small price to pay for an unforgettable weekend!
  • Size: You’ll be provided with an estimated 10×7 area (120-84 sq ft) perfect for showcasing your kink creations in all their glory.
  • Includes: 2 comfortable chairs to make sure you’re ready to chat with potential customers. Plus, we provide electricity and internet access, so you’ll be fully equipped.
  • Vendor Cart Service: We’ve got your back when it comes to moving your items in and out. We know the logistics can get tricky, but we’ll help make it easier for you!

Silent Auction Donation Required:

As part of being a vendor, we ask each vendor to donate an item of their choice for the Silent Auction. These items will be collected during setup on Thursday. Please bring your donation (marked with its value and your business card) to the Silent Auction area, located next to Registration. Your donation helps us raise funds to keep the event going strong for years to come!

Vendor Schedule:

  • Thursday, 6/26: Setup from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (Donations for the Silent Auction are collected at this time)
  • Friday, 6/27: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm – Time to mingle and make connections!
  • Saturday, 6/28: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm – A full day of kinky fun and shopping!
  • Sunday, 6/29: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm – Last chance to show off your goods before teardown.
  • Sunday Teardown: 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm – Pack up and reflect on a successful weekend!

This year, we’re offering a NEW Marketing Package for just $50. Or, if you prefer, you can donate an additional item of equal or greater value for our Silent Auction instead. The marketing upgrade includes:

  1. Weekly Spotlight Post featuring personalized imagery, your bio, and a direct link to your shop.
  2. Fly Your Banner in the dungeon space – get your name out there in front of the crowd.
  3. Individual Spotlight Slide on the event slideshow – you get a slide all to yourself!
  4. Personal Mention during the Keynote Dinner Presentation – a shout-out in front of the whole BASH community!
